Ardnamurchan has once again shown its flair for combining bold peat with inventive cask work. This limited 2025 release sees peated spirit initially matured for three years in ex-bourbon casks before spending a further three and a half years in Sauternes barriques. Bottled at 50% ABV, un-chill filtered and natural colour, it delivers decadence and balance in equal measure.

Pineapple upside-down cake and crème de pêche roll in, balanced by toasted coconut and buttery shortbread nose. Nutmeg, dried ginger and orange blossom. Earthy peat smoke and hickory wood palate. Long, spicy and punchy, with layers of citrus brightness and smoky depth finish.

For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.
