Jean Foillard Morgon Cote Du Py 2023
Jean Foillard is a legend in Beaujolais, and his wine from the famed Côte du Py vineyard in Morgon is the benchmark for the entire region. This isn't simple, fruity Beaujolais; it's a deep, structured, and soulful wine that shows how truly amazing the Gamay grape can be. It's the perfect bottle for duck confit, grilled pork, or a gourmet burger. Incredibly vibrant and bursting with pure dark cherry, wild raspberry, and floral notes, all grounded by that signature stony minerality from the vineyard's schist soils.
Domaine du Vieux Lazaret Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc 2023
When most people think of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, they probably think red. But the region's rare white wines are a total game-changer, and this 2023 release from the classic domaine is a knockout. It's a gorgeous, full-bodied white with notes of white peach, pear, and honeysuckle, all balanced by incredible freshness and a hint of minerality. Incredibly versatile, this is a dream wine for richer fish dishes, roast chicken, or scallops.
WB Saffell Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey 375ml / Half Bottle
One of the most impressive bourbon releases in years, thanks to the master touch of Wild Turkey's Eddie Russell. We've got our hands on the original Batch 1, first bottled in 2019, and it's a stunner. So good that it earns comparisons to the legendary Russell's Reserve 2002. a fantastic pour that is absolutely worth the price. Loaded with rich notes of caramel, vanilla, and spicy charred oak. So good that it earns comparisons to the legendary Russell's Reserve 2002. a fantastic pour that is absolutely worth the price.

Domaine Hippolyte Reverdy Sancerre Rouge 2022
Red Sancerre?!? Yes, it's a thing and it's awesome! 100% Pinot Noir that delivers one of the softest and most food friendly expressions of Pinot. All of the floral elegance of a premier cru burg with an acid core to cut through the heaviest of dishes. Light wine that can tackle any cuisine? Sign me up!
Continuum Sentium Mendocino Sauvignon Blanc 2023
In homage to french legend Didier Dagueneau, this Napa Sauv Blanc gets extensive lees stirrings in french oak pipes during aging. The result is often referred to as "Silexium" in a nod to the iconic wine of the aforementioned french legend. It has an opulent autolytic texture with waves of ripe fruit. From Napa's iconic Continuum winery, this is a wine truly worthy of comparison to the iconic SB's of the world and worth a try!
Bruichladdich Octomore Edition 14.2 128.9 PPM
A brand that needs no introduction, Octomore. This edition 14.2 weighs in at 128.9ppm on the Peat-o-meter, so it packs a smokey punch, but subtly nuanced with the maturation in Spanish Sherry cask. Simply perfect bottling for the Islay lover.

DeLille Cellars Chaleur Estate Red 2020
The estate blend is 63% Cabernet Sauvignon, 24% Merlot, 11% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot. There is a firmness and fresh with notions red crush berries and oak tones on the nose. Full-bodied, the palate offers cherries and red plums with well balance acid and tannins for a long-lingering, food-friendly to accompany grilled ribeye!
DeLille Cellars Chaleur Blanc 2023
The 2023 Chaleur Blanc, 69% Sauvignon Blanc and 31% Semillon, is a vibrant wine with aromas of stone fruits, and lemongrass on the nose. On the palate acid is firm with layers of stone fruit flavors, delicate herbaceous notes, and rich oak spice, follow by bread notes making this wine remarkably approachable.
G4 Tequila Blanco
G4 Blanco is one of the purest expressions of Blue Weber agave, made simply with agave from their own farm, spring water, collected rainwater, and in-house yeast. It offers a nose and palate of agave, cracked black pepper, and herbal notes, driven by minerality with hints of floral and citrus fruits. It's a great base for margarita or paloma cocktails for Summer 2025!

Anthony Thevenet Morgon 2021
Excellent value. Rich and earthy, medium bodied yet unusually refreshing with a tart finish. Aromatic notes of dark fruit, forest floor, and wet stone. This natural wine is lively and unique, unlike any other Beaujolais..
Domaine Borgeot Rully La Chaponniere 2020
Bright, crisp, with beautiful minerality perfectly balanced by sharp acidity and an underlying richness. Elegant and composed, dry finish with lingering notes of golden apple and young white peach. Perfect springtime wine.
Mars Iwai 45 Japanese Whisky
Incredibly soft, very mild heat with notes of fresh herbs, honey, and baking spices. Amazing as part of a cocktail but also great neat. Big Sippin'.

Domaine Joannet Bourgogne Rouge Les Champs D'Argent 2023
As soon as Mois des Climats concludes on the Burgundian countryside its as if there is a shift in the air. Its Burgundy time. I often turn to Joannet Bourgogne to start the yearly affair. Driven by elegance, lively fresh red fruits and an acidity to tannin combination that drives one to lust. Its always a wine that delivers.
Clos Cibonne Cotes de Provence Tibouren Cuvee Speciale des Vignettes Rose 2023
Be it French or Italian or whatever.. for me to do rose it must be done biodynamically and by the hands of a god. Bruno Darde is that individual and Clos Cibonne is that wine. This Cuvee hails from their oldest vines and thus is produced in extremely limited quantities. A wine best done with cured meats and cheeses. As the Provencaux do.
Ardbeg Heavy Vapours Single Malt Scotch Whisky 46%
As a real Peat Head, I say this freak show deserves its spotlight. Distilled without Ardbeg's traditional purifier, allowing untamed vapors to rise during the distillation process. This results in a more intense, unfiltered Islay whisky with a bold blend of peat smoke, tar, and iodine, unlike the more balanced flavor profiles achieved with the purifier.

Domaine Vacheron Sancerre Rouge 2022
Sancerre is best known for Sauvignon Blanc, but Pinot Noir from the chalky, unique soils produces a bright, food friendly wine perfect for May weather and Mother's Day.
Ramey Claret North Coast 2019
This sophisticated, Cab-focused blend does a beautiful job of blending classic technical prowess with the rich, phenolic maturity of expertly-farmed California fruit. The 2019 vintage is showing great right now and the 5 years of bottle age is a welcomed added value.
Sipsmith London Dry Gin 750ml
Classic gin experience with an extraordinary dimension of citrus. The secondary notes of red peppercorn and white florals make it a go-to for martinis.

Poggio San Polo Amphora Vignamasso Toscana IGT 2021
100% Sangiovese from Montalcino in Tuscany. San Polo uses whole cluster fermentation & ages for a lengthy period in amphorae, garnishing plenty of skin contact. The result is a soft textured earthy wine with intense bursts of rose petal & strawberries. The finish is floral: jasmine, licorice, & lavender. Would pair well with lamb, or mushroom risotto.
Gaja Sito Moresco Langhe 2021 750ml
The name Angelo Gaja is synonymous with top-notch Barbaresco & Barolo from the hills of Piedmont, yet his Sito Moresco is more modest and playful! This blend offers the lean & earthy tannins of the Nebbiolo with the round & fullness of Barbera. Aged in oak for 12 months lends depth & power, and amps up the versatility with dishes from Lasagna to brisket.
Liquore della Sirene Vino Amaro Amarulivo
Made by a female distiller who forages for fresh botanicals near her home known as the ‘Bay of Sirens’ in Northern Italy, Amarulivo is an Amaro, with olive leaf & lemon. On the palate is savory olive, rosemary, pine & hint of Indian spice. It’s both gentle & complex & lends itself to Cocktail mixology. Try it in a Spritz with a Martini olive as garnish!

Chateau Guiot Costieres de Nimes 2018
Chill this down to really cool room temp and pour a glass while deciding what's for dinner. This dry, ripe, grenache-fat blend can carry thru to savory full-meal flavors; especially if any of the dishes have heat - from mild to warm.
Hess MVRK Maverick Ranches Sauvignon Blanc 2024
Pull a bottle from your refrigerator door, pour a glass while you decide what's for dinner. Fresh flavors; some reminiscent of dry pineapple. Fun start to dinner.
Domaine Claudie Jobard Pommard 1er Cru Les Charmots 2015 750ml
This wine is the answer to the question of why some wines come out more pricey - silky tannins, complex savory flavors, with still-ripe fruit characteristics that sing as the wine opens during the meal. Fantastic.
