The Fine Oak range, including the 17 and 21 Year Old expressions, introduces a proportion of ex-bourbon casks, yielding a lighter, more citrus-forward profile. The Macallan Cask Strength bottling forgoes dilution entirely, amplifying the sherry character considerably.
