The Chairman’s Stock range showcases rare casks once held in the private collection of the late Chairman Hedley G Wright and released in small batches to preserve limited stocks. On the nose this Aultmore opens with bright orchard fruit and soft red berry sweetness balanced by delicate floral notes and fresh hay. The influence of the Ruby Port cask is clear on the palate with pomegranate molasses, hot honey and a light spice that accentuates the natural weighty profile of Aultmore spirit.
