This wine is delicate and refreshing, characterized by flavors of peaches, apple, and white flowers. Sylvaner, also known as Silvaner, is a white wine grape variety primarily grown in Alsace and Germany. In Germany, it is officially referred to as Grüner Silvaner. 

Union Sacré is one of the most unique wineries on the Central Coast of California. Long-time friends Xavier Arnaudin and Philip Muzzy have created a “tribute to the Alsace region of France and an homage to beauty’s strange ways.” Known for minimalist intervention and dedication to the natural beauty of their grapes, Union Sacré always produces fun and impressive wines.

Depending on the bottle and destination, we use a combination of insulated foam box inserts, custom-fit air column bags, and heavy-weight cardboard shippers to prevent damage. For added peace of mind, we offer shipping protection against loss or damage at checkout through OrderProtection.com.

For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.
