Pale straw-gold. Appealing nose intermixing fruity notes of pear and golden delicious apples with white flowers. Ethereal profile on the palate offering up lovely aromatic intensity, a crisp, striking feel and delicous freshness. Gets our stamp of approval. 

The grape behind Prosecco, Glera is, in fact, a number of similar varieties grown in the Prosecco-producing heartland of around northern Treviso. Despite Prosecco's global commercial success, Glera has yet to be planted in any considerable quantity outside of Italy, though there is enough to have provoked the legal name change.

For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.
