Orangey yellow with a small slow forming head. Very sour; all key lime and barely any vanilla to note. Follows the nose with this one; an electric punch of key lime sour with vanilla only showing up partially after settling on the palette. Big bite, definitely a bit much for those who aren’t on the sour lime train. Tasty sour, a bit strong on the sour side.
Intensely sour. Almost unbearable. A key lime bomb to the taste buds. A singular experience! Taste hit expectations, lime tartness, clean sourness, light vanilla and graham cracker inputs. Clearly kettle souring in terms of the 'cleanness'/stainless steel used. Carbonation seemed to be high relative to the head production referenced in the appearance section. Has more graham cracker to it than barley body.
