We love the high barley content in this whiskey, as it lends a sweet cereal note and a silken texture. The nose highlights the lifted notes of honey, toffee, and fruit. The oak really comes through on the palate with deep vanilla tones, buttered biscuits, and some shaved cocoa. You’ll find a reason to return to this bottle over and over.
