Bananas Foster has a toasty, brown sugar and sweet banana aroma profile that is also found in our chardonnay. Showing a bit of minerality over the toasty oak and honey tangerine mixed with juicy pear fruit, the entry comes across both rich and creamy. Finishes with a decided brightness necessary when pairing with a meal such as a Caesar salad with grilled chicken or popcorn shrimp with avocado.

Depending on the bottle and destination, we use a combination of insulated foam box inserts, custom-fit air column bags, and heavy-weight cardboard shippers to prevent damage. For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.
