Pale amber color with subtle oak and vanilla notes. Cooked agave, tropical fruit notes and hints of vanilla. Balanced oak and earthy agave notes with hints of vanilla, banana peel and cinnamon. Pleasant earthy agave finish with a hint of smoke and black pepper.

Story begins with Francisco Beckmann Senior: a seventh generation descendent of the oldest dynasty of tequila producers. Raised with a deep reverence for agave, Francisco established Tierra de Agaves with the intention of creating a premium Tequila made with integrity, quality, and approachability.  Jorge Beckmann grew up among his family's agave fields, where he gained firsthand experience growing, distilling, and bottling exceptional tequilas. Since 2005, Jorge has led the operations of Tierra de Agaves as the distillery's President. In his role, he sets the standard for crafting Lunazul and creating tequilas that honor his family's legacy. After years of hard work, this is truly a dream come true. Depending on the bottle and destination, we use a combination of insulated foam box inserts, custom-fit air column bags, and heavy-weight cardboard shippers to prevent damage. For added peace of mind, we offer shipping protection against loss or damage at checkout through OrderProtection.com.

For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.

Yes. During periods of extreme heat, we can include optional ice packs in our insulated shippers and select an overnight shipping service & a Weather Waiver. Otherwise, it would be unsafe to ship in those conditions. We can also hold your shipment at no charge for up to one year upon request. We flag temps above 72 °F or below 32 °F as extreme.
