In second chilled glass swirl absinthe then empty glass. Pour first glass into absinthe coated glass. Garnish with lemon peel. Enjoy! Sazerac Ingredients: 1 cube of sugar 2 ounces of rye whiskey ¼ ounce of Herbsaint, 2-3 dashes of bitters lemon peel.
