Rich, unpeated, and expertly matured, Hazelburn 7 Year Oloroso Cask Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a limited-edition Campbeltown single malt that showcases the elegant influence of first-fill Oloroso sherry casks. Bottled at 47.9% ABV (95.8 proof) in a 750ml bottle, this exceptional release is triple distilled at Springbank Distillery and matured for seven years, delivering a beautifully balanced profile of dried fruit, rich toffee, roasted nuts, baking spices, and dark chocolate. Bottled without chill filtration or added coloring, Hazelburn preserves the natural character and complexity that define one of Scotland’s most respected distilleries.

Hazelburn is the unpeated, triple-distilled single malt produced at the historic Springbank Distillery in Campbeltown, Scotland. Triple distillation creates a refined, elegant spirit while preserving the rich character for which Springbank is renowned.

This limited-edition expression is matured exclusively for seven years in first-fill Oloroso sherry casks, allowing the whisky to develop deep layers of dried fruit, toasted nuts, caramel, and spice while complementing the distillery’s signature fruit-forward spirit. Bottled at 47.9% ABV without chill filtration or artificial coloring, it offers an authentic representation of both the whisky and the cask.

Deep golden amber with rich mahogany highlights and excellent natural viscosity. 

 Raisins, dried figs, orange peel, toffee, roasted almonds, dark chocolate, cinnamon, and polished oak. Rich and silky with flavors of dried fruits, caramel, honey, milk chocolate, toasted hazelnuts, baking spices, and subtle leather balanced by gentle citrus and malt sweetness.

Yes. During periods of extreme heat, we can include optional ice packs in our insulated shippers and select an overnight shipping service & a Weather Waiver. Otherwise, it would be unsafe to ship in those conditions. We can also hold your shipment at no charge for up to one year upon request. We flag temps above 72 °F or below 32 °F as extreme.
