Forthave Green Herbal Liqueur 750ml
Herbal liqueur produced by Forthave Spirits in Brooklyn, New York. Produced in collaboration with Blue Hill at Stone Barns Center for Food and Agriculture. Made with over 50 organic-certified botanicals featuring lemongrass, anise, hyssop, genepi, lemon balm, fennel, spearmint, thyme, ambrette, and angelica. Produced using freshly pressed sorghum juice from sorghum grown at Blue Hill at Stone Barns, and organic, non-GMO sugarcane spirit from Brazil. A blend of (1) over 30 herbal distillations and (2) infusions made with the fresh sorghum juice combined with over 20 botanicals previously macerated in sugarcane spirit. Botanical distillates produced using a 400-liter bain-marie hybrid pot still. Macerations and distillates are blended and adjusted over several months. Sweetened with organic, raw cane sugar. Green and grassy with notes of fresh mint, anise, crisp lemon balm, and sweet, warming fennel seed with a long peppery finish. Naturally colored using butterfly pea tea extract 44% ABV.
