Alambique Serrano Cartier 30 High Proof Oaxacan Rum 700ml

Using only naturally grown fresh pressed cane juice from the steep slopes of Santa Maria Tlalixtac in the mountains of Oaxaca, the cane is wild fermented and distilled using the Krassel family's patented stills. No sugar, water or additives of any kind are ever added leaving this spirit to express the natural ingredients and terroir it comes from in a way few could hope to. To enhance the experience veen further, this expression is bottled at an astounding still strength of 70.3% abv.

Alambique Serrano “Cartier 30”Cartier 30 is an unaged rum produced in the town of Santa Maria Tlalixtac, Oaxaca. Along the steep slopes of this region, the Krassel family plants, harvests, and distills 100% organic java sugarcane from altitudes as high as 4,000 feet above sea level.

For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.
