Made in California’s San Joaquin Valley from a blend of dry white wine that includes Quady Essensia Orange Muscat, Vya Extra Dry Vermouth is carefully hand infused at Quady Winery with a selection of over fifteen dried herbs. In Vya Extra Dry Vermouth, the flowers and leaves of the plants are used for the infusion, whereas in Vya Sweet Vermouth, the roots and seeds of different plants are used. The flowers and leaves of different plants lend cool energy to the vermouth, making Vya Extra Dry wonderfully herbaceous, crisp, and refreshing.

This aromatic vermouth enlivens the palate and pairs fantastically with the juniper notes in gin for a fresh and exciting martini or a delicious aperitif on the rocks with a twist of lemon. Proprietary ingredients, carefully crafted formulas, and expert winemaking result in vermouth that you can use more of in your cocktails because it is superbly balanced, adds enticing aroma, and harmonizes well with other spirits.

For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.
