Our Junmai Ginjo Nama sake is first mixed with herbal tea to create layers of flavors and aromas, brightened by fresh Japanese Yuzu juice and emboldened with the deep and round texture of Kokuto. We carbonate our can to just under three bars of carbon dioxide to maximize the texture of all combined ingredients and enhance all of the acids and cultures alive.

Made from dried Hibiscus Flower (Hibiscus rosa-sinensis), Raspberry leaves (Rubus idaeus), Blackberry leaves (Rubus allegheniensis), Roasted Chicory root (Chicorium intybus), Sarsaparilla bark (Smilax aristolochiifolia), Ginger root (Zingiber officinale), Orange peel (Citrus sinensis). Hand-squeezed fresh Yuzu juice (Citrus junos), Dadai juice (Citrus dadai) grown in Magi Yamaguchi, Japan bottled by Yuzuya Honten.

Depending on the bottle and destination, we use a combination of insulated foam box inserts, custom-fit air column bags, and heavy-weight cardboard shippers to prevent damage. For added peace of mind, we offer shipping protection against loss or damage at checkout through OrderProtection.com.

For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.
