Not to contradict the aroma, succulent ripe fruits are to the fore slowly evolving through some peppery spices and settling into a satisfying woodland character with hazelnuts representing the contribution of the best quality American oak.

Soft ripe fruit reluctantly gives way to the sweet nuttiness of American oak.
