Kamo Kinshu Tokubetsu Junmai Gold Standard 720ml

Notes of dried plum and brown sugar gives way to a peppery finish. Crafted in the full bodied style of Western Japan, this is an umami laden sake ideally matched with grilled salmon or roasted oysters. A sake for red wine aficionados.

Kanemitsu Shuzo, Hiroshima, Rice Omachi milled to 50%, Hattan Nishiki milled to 60%, Water: Soft well water,  Yeast KA-1-25, SMW: +4, Acidity: 1.5, ABV 16%

Depending on the bottle and destination, we use a combination of insulated foam box inserts, custom-fit air column bags, and heavy-weight cardboard shippers to prevent damage. For added peace of mind, we offer shipping protection against loss or damage at checkout through OrderProtection.com.

For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.

Yes. During periods of extreme heat, we include complimentary ice packs in our insulated shippers. However, to fully protect your investment, we strongly recommend selecting an overnight shipping service in these conditions. We can also hold your shipment at no charge for up to one year upon request.
