Born in the Highlands of Jalisco, raised in the Valleys of Tequila. Don Fulano is a product of the Fonseca family whose story begins in the Highlands of Jalisco where their great grandfathers began cultivating agave 140 years ago. Today - respected agave farmers – they also run La Tequileña, one of the highest rated and most awarded tequila distilleries. Enrique Fonseca and Sergio Mendoza are 4th and 5th generation agave growers and 30+ year distillers, and we are so happy to welcome this heritage Tequila brand to the Sip Tequila portfolio.

Tequila, located in Jalisco, is the birthplace of Mexico's most famous spirit and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Nestled in the Tequila Valley, the town is surrounded by sprawling fields of blue agave, the key ingredient in tequila production. Visitors to Tequila can explore historic distilleries, many of which have been crafting the spirit for centuries, to learn about the tequila-making process and sample a variety of locally produced tequilas. Yes, in most cases, the photograph on the product page is of the specific bottle for sale. If we have multiple quantities of the same item, the photo represents the general condition of all bottles under that SKU. Any significant condition issues, such as low ullage or bin-stained labels, will be clearly noted in the product description. We are happy to provide additional high-resolution images upon request-please contact us.

We use premium, industry-standard materials to protect every shipment. Depending on the bottle and destination, we use a combination of insulated foam box inserts, custom-fit air column bags, and heavy-weight cardboard shippers to prevent damage. For added peace of mind, we offer shipping protection against loss or damage at checkout through OrderProtection.com.

For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.

However, to fully protect your investment, we strongly recommend selecting an overnight shipping service in these conditions. We can also hold your shipment at no charge for up to one year upon request.
