Charles Smith Boom Boom Syrah 2019 750ml

The Boom Boom Syrah was created by Charles Smith as a tribute to “Boom Boom” O’Brien, a woman he considered his first lost love. Launched in 2007, it has been a Washington State signature since.

Big, bold, and full-bodied, it’s made with 96% Syrah, 3% Viognier, and 1% Grenache grapes. This dry red wine has an ABV of 14%, and has a pleasing, easy mouthfeel. It gives explosive aromas of herb, blackberry, and white pepper. Zesty and spicy on the palate, it has lively notes of raspberry, pepper, and fine tannins.

For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.
