Calisaya Liqueur 750ml
Once a common bitter liqueur in the pre-Prohibition era, Calisaya was actually a type of bitter made from chinchona bark rather than the name of a particular brand. It's been resurrected by a small producer in Eugene, Oregon who uses the chinchona along with various botanicals, flowers and Valencia oranges to produce an American amaro. Think Grand Marnier meets Nonino Amaro. Think delicious.
