In my experience, Les Vergers can be lean in its youth, but it will flesh out in due time, blossoming into its full potential.

For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.
