The Bourbon was established by Jim Beam's grandson, Booker Noe – a sixth-generation master distiller, who began Booker's as a personal project. Casks intended for the premium bourbon are selected and placed at the center of the Jim Beam distillery rackhouse for optimal humidity and temperature. A few batches each year are released in limited quantities at varying proofs and ages – no two batches are the same.

For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.
