Blood Oath Pact 7 Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey

A blend of 14 year old and two 8 year old bourbons, with one of the 8 year olds finished in sauternes casks. Fragrant, with mature oak, honey-roasted peanuts, sassafras, citrus, and sandalwood. A dense chewy palate, but without an overly heavy oak influence. Coffee beans, black cherry jam, and dark chocolate notes, with water adding cola, ginger, candle wax, and winter spice. Chocolate malt, blueberry pie, toffee, and spice on the finish.

A masterful union of three well-bred bourbons. One, a 14-year extra-aged ryed bourbon. Two, an 8-year ryed bourbon. And three, another 8-year ryed bourbon, finished in sauternes wine casks from the Bordeaux region of France for a balance of sweetness with additional spice.

Depending on the bottle and destination, we use a combination of insulated foam box inserts, custom-fit air column bags, and heavy-weight cardboard shippers to prevent damage. For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.
