Blade & Bow Bourbon

A light and fruity affair complete with Christmas fruitcake, almond extract, vanilla and a bit of clove and cinnamon. Carries a caramel sweetness throughout.  There are some really odd scents such as “Hairspray” and a faint floral note. 

Sugar cookies, cherry syrup, vanilla candle wax and a hint of toffee and chocolate can all be found on the tongue.  The whole mouthfeel is overly soft without much bite.  The most striking thing is the lack of a distinct spice.

Powdered donuts, cherry and vanilla coke and very little tannins are the main notes I find on the finish.

If we have multiple quantities of the same item, the photo represents the general condition of all bottles under that SKU. Any significant condition issues, such as low ullage or bin-stained labels, will be clearly noted in the product description. We use premium, industry-standard materials to protect every shipment. Depending on the bottle and destination, we use a combination of insulated foam box inserts, custom-fit air column bags, and heavy-weight cardboard shippers to prevent damage. For added peace of mind, we offer shipping protection against loss or damage at checkout through OrderProtection.com.

For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.

Yes. During periods of extreme heat, we include complimentary ice packs in our insulated shippers. However, to fully protect your investment, we strongly recommend selecting an overnight shipping service in these conditions. We can also hold your shipment at no charge for up to one year upon request.
