Hand-selected from the finest barrels, each bottle is the result of a decade’s patience and relentless pursuit of perfection. It’s rye matured, magnified, and magnificently refined.

Intense yet elegant, dark rye bread, roasted coffee beans, burnt orange, and seasoned oak fill the glass with a quiet authority. Bold, layered, and luxurious. Think dark cherry, baking spice, smoked toffee, and black tea, woven together with rich tannins and a silky rye backbone. Every sip is deliberate, grounded, and full of depth.  Long and dry with refined spice, dark cocoa, and toasted oak embers. Depending on the bottle and destination, we use a combination of insulated foam box inserts, custom-fit air column bags, and heavy-weight cardboard shippers to prevent damage. For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.
