Like a warm hug from a mischievous abuela, Tierra Del Stout is back to melt your face (gently). Inspired by Mexican hot chocolate —  this rich, decadent stout is loaded with vanilla, cinnamon, and a blend of chilies for that perfect sweet-spicy balance.

Built this beer like a molé: layers of chocolate and caramel malts, cinnamon, guajillo, ancho, and habanero chiles, and a final kiss of Madagascar vanilla beans. It’s rich, roasty, and just a touch fiery.

Depending on the bottle and destination, we use a combination of insulated foam box inserts, custom-fit air column bags, and heavy-weight cardboard shippers to prevent damage. For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.
