So pure, fresh, and clean, you may not believe this fits the natural wine category. Complex, citrus and orchard fruit aromas and flavors unfold across this remarkably bright, fresh, dry white. Wild, natural, and totally drinkable.

The grapes undergo wild yeast fermentation for 10 days with five days of skin contact. Finished in amphora for 6 months before bottling. Non-interventional/natural winemaking philosophy. Certified organic, and hand-picked grapes from the San Isidro del Pinar vineyard, northwest of the Bardenas Reales. Vines are an average age of 30 years old on clay-calcareous at 550 meters.

Depending on the bottle and destination, we use a combination of insulated foam box inserts, custom-fit air column bags, and heavy-weight cardboard shippers to prevent damage. For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.
