Grapes are hand harvested, ferments rely on native yeasts, and each cuvée reflects a single village or parcel rather than a mass blended house style. Expect mineral Blanc de Blancs from Côte des Blancs chalk, Pinot-driven Montagne de Reims blends, and low dosage or zero dosage bottlings that show the vintage unmasked.
