Elise Dechannes has officially closed her estate, making this the final allocation of her Champagnes. Farmed biodynamically across Kimmeridgian marl and clay in Les Riceys -the southernmost sector of the Aube - her production was dedicated almost exclusively to Pinot Noir. Vinified with minimal intervention and released primarily with zero dosage, these final cuvées represent a strict, unmanipulated expression of the terroir. Once this inventory is depleted, no further vintages will be produced.
