View Full Description [+ Read More]

Chateau Latour is a First Growth winery located in the Pauillac appellation of Bordeaux's Left Bank, producing Cabernet Sauvignon-dominant red wines from one of the most celebrated vineyard sites in France. The estate centers on L'Enclos, a gravel-rich plot surrounding the iconic tower, with vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats since the 1960s. The grand vin Latour has been documented in exceptional vintages across decades, represented here by the 1955, 1975, 1978, 1995, 2008, and 2013, the latter two available in 1.5 liter magnums. Le Pauillac de Latour, offered in the 2018 and 2019 vintages, draws from younger vines outside L'Enclos and serves as the estate's more accessible Pauillac expression relative to the grand vin.
