George T. Stagg Bourbon 2018 124.9 Proof

George T. Stagg Bourbon is a highly sought-after and coveted bourbon whiskey produced by the Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky. Made from a blend of corn, rye, and barley, this bourbon is aged for a minimum of 15 years in oak barrels before being bottled at its natural barrel proof. The 2019 edition of George T Stagg is a 15 year old bourbon bottled at 116.9 proof.

Tasting Notes:
A rich and complex spirit with a deep amber color and a bold, full-bodied flavor. On the nose, George T. Stagg Bourbon offers notes of vanilla, caramel, and toffee, followed by a palate of oak, spice, and dark fruit. The finish is long and smooth, with a hint of tobacco and leather.
