VALE Blanco begins with 100% Blue Weber Agave grown in the Tequila Valley of Jalisco. The agave is cooked in traditional stone and brick ovens, allowing the piñas to develop their natural sweetness and characteristic cooked-agave flavors.

Following cooking, the agave is processed through a roller mill to extract the juice. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks using 100% agave, followed by two distillations in a stainless-steel pot still equipped with copper coils. This process creates a clean and expressive tequila while maintaining the distinctive character of the agave.

Fresh, clean, and beautifully expressive, VALE Blanco Tequila is a 100% Blue Weber Agave tequila crafted in the Tequila Valley of Jalisco, Mexico. Bottled at 42% ABV (84 proof) in a 700ml bottle, VALE Blanco showcases the natural character of agave through a traditional production process that includes brick-oven cooking, roller-mill extraction, stainless steel fermentation, and double distillation with copper coils. The result is a full-bodied blanco with bright citrus, green fruit, mineral character, and a silky, harmonious finish.

Bright aromas of lemon leaf, green pear, green apple, bread crust, and caramel with a fresh citrus character. Naturally sweet and slightly savory with cooked agave, green fruit, citrus, minerality, and moderate acidity. The texture is full-bodied and silky with a balanced, harmonious character. Long and clean with lingering notes of pink pepper, bay leaf, orange peel, citrus, and mineral tones.
