Produced in Oaxaca, Mexico, Lost Explorer Salmiana is a rare mezcal bottle, made from 100% Salmiana agave, which is aged for 12 years before being harvested. A sweet and spicy profile with notes of green chili, grapefruit and fresh agave.
On the nose, it features a range of green chili, grapefruit peel and fresh agave after rainfall. The palate is full of sweet notes with fresh citrus and dried herbs. The finish is spicy and balanced with earthy and mineral notes.
