This sotol is super pure and clean, crystalline even. The nose is beautiful and feels like polished chrome. It is gently smoky, saline, herbaceous, and is reminiscent of a cedar humidor. It also offers hints of carrots caramelized in brown sugar. The palate is slick, maybe just a touch oily.
