Nikaido Kitchen Oita Mugi Shochu 720ml
Premium Japanese spirit made from 100% locally grown barley and barley koji. Produced by Nikaido Shuzo in the Oita prefecture of Kyushu, it is famous for pioneering the all-barley shochu style and features a distinctive, hand-painted ceramic flask (tsubo). The Nikaido family has been distilling for eight generations since 1866. Because every ceramic bottle features calligraphy handwritten by craftsmen, no two bottles look exactly identical.
