Matured in a combination of the finest Oloroso and Pedro Ximinez Sherry Casks. Deep amber with a cherry wooden sheen. Elegant ripe autumn fruits with blackberries and red plums, enlivened by candied orange. Spiced oatmeal and toasted oak deliver weight and balance. Sip resolute flavours of fine sherry and bitter chocolate sauce poured on nutmeg and ginger-baked Victoria plum pudding. Savour plum skin and ripe blackberry in dark chocolate treacle, well into the perfectly sublime long-lasting finish.
