Condesa Gin draws inspiration from indigenous regional curandera (healer) traditions of Mexico; a student of the healing arts herself, Hillhamn sources many of the ingredients used here from her own garden. Botanicals include the traditional juniper, plus palo santo, sage, jasmine, coriander, elderflower, lavender, rosemary, cedron, myrrh, lime & orange zests.

If we have multiple quantities of the same item, the photo represents the general condition of all bottles under that SKU. Depending on the bottle and destination, we use a combination of insulated foam box inserts, custom-fit air column bags, and heavy-weight cardboard shippers to prevent damage. For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.

Yes. During periods of extreme heat, we can include optional ice packs in our insulated shippers and select an overnight shipping service & a Weather Waiver. Otherwise, it would be unsafe to ship in those conditions. We can also hold your shipment at no charge for up to one year upon request. We flag temps above 72 °F or below 32 °F as extreme.
