Made from native Hyogo Kita Nishiki rice, a sake specific rice grown closer in character to the lean sake rices of Niigata and Hokkaido. Produces lean, dry and well structured sake.
Aromas of fresh pear and Fuji apple give way to a medium bodied sake with vibrancy and energy, finishing clean and defined.
