Pedal to the Metal Santa Ynez Valley Syrah is a collaboration between Tom Leykis and acclaimed California Central Coast winemaker Joshua Klapper. The grapes are from the amazing Brave & Maiden vineyard in Santa Ynez, CA, consulted by the legendary Paul Hobbs. This wine has an incredible pedigree and it's made to Tom's exacting palate especially for fans of Tom's shows like you.

In the making for over a year-and-a-half, this luscious, decadent red wine and its amazing fruit will pair perfectly with all red meats, pork, and barbecue. It's also delicious on its own! The 2015 bottle itself, is filled with new hidden images and a hidden reference to our fans. It's a must have for all Leykis fans as well as for any wine aficionado.

Depending on the bottle and destination, we use a combination of insulated foam box inserts, custom-fit air column bags, and heavy-weight cardboard shippers to prevent damage. For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.
