A whisky that's a true blend of tradition and innovation ― that's the 10th Street STR Unpeated Single Malt American Whisky for you! Crafted with precision, and an adventurous spirit, every sip is an exploration of bold flavors. Made from premium domestic 2-row barley, this all-American creation takes a deep dive into the world of whiskey making. It's double distilled in all-copper pot stills, then aged in STR (Shaved-Toasted-Recharred) barrels to reach its full flavor potential. It uses pure water from the California Sierras, adding another layer to its unique character. Bottled at 92 proof without chill-filtering, this whisky boasts a light golden color.

On the nose, it's lightly spicy, with sweet overtones of caramel and butterscotch. On the palate, it's a complex journey of cherry-like sweetness, vanilla bean, nutmeg, and clove. The finish? Smooth, round, and filled with the decadent flavors of candied fruits. The whisky won Double Gold at both the San Francisco World Spirits Competition as well as New York International Spirits Competition in 2020.

For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.

Yes. During periods of extreme heat, we can include optional ice packs in our insulated shippers and select an overnight shipping service & a Weather Waiver. Otherwise, it would be unsafe to ship in those conditions. We can also hold your shipment at no charge for up to one year upon request. We flag temps above 72 °F or below 32 °F as extreme.
