The transit process is not always gentle and slight wear on the packaging may occur. Please note there is no refund nor discount if this occurs. Express shipping has been much safer than Ground options.
If you decline insurance, we cannot cover loss nor breakage in transit.
I have read and accept the shipping and return policy. I understand orders cannot not be cancelled once placed for any reason. No returns are accepted & all sales are final. If an order is cancelled by your credit card processor there will be a restocking fee of $25 or 10% of the order total, whichever is higher.
Coupons can only be applied before the order is placed. Any coupons not used cannot be applied after ordering. Please check and make sure your coupon has been applied correctly, if applicable, before ordering. Send us an email if you have any issues and we'll be glad to sort it out.

Packages are usually packaged and shipped within 1-2 business days after order is placed, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Express orders (overnight or 2 day air) can usually be shipped same-day. Please call or email to confirm your item & address are eligible.
If there are any delays processing or shipping your order, we will notify you via email and/or phone.
Transporting alcoholic beverages in extreme weather conditions and temperatures, even by Overnight service, may seriously damage wines. We define these temperature readings or predicted temperatures of greater than 75 degrees or less than 45 degrees Fahrenheit. If we believe shipping your order in extreme temperatures will damage it, we will notify you ASAP. If you are expecting extreme weather conditions and temperatures at your shipping address after your order is submitted, please contact us so we can do our best to ensure your items are protected.
States we DO NOT ship to are (including, but not limited to) Utah, Illinois, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, and South Dakota. Laws are changing quickly so this may change without notice but rest assured, we do monitor wine shipping laws throughout the country to the best of our abilities.
If Buyer wishes to arrange delivery of their wines after purchase, they are responsible and bear all risk, including selecting a carrier and providing delivery instructions. Purchaser will be assessed a 20% return/restocking fee should the shipment be returned to Flask due to but not limited to the following: no person at least 21 years of age at the address at time of delivery attempt; the address provided is not valid; the shipment is refused by the recipient. UPS insurance will solely cover bottle breakage or loss from time of purchase to time of delivery. Neither Flask nor its agents assume responsibility for any deterioration resulting from shipment and/or packaging, which includes, but is not limited to: scuffed and/or scratched labels and/or capsules/closures, cracked wax capsules, damaged bottle packaging boxes, or seepage. Buyer is encouraged to purchase secondary insurance for any and all items purchased from Flask. All sales are final whether or not the purchase has left our premises. Bottles unless noted otherwise may have nicks, tears, scratches, or other deformities on the label and/or capsule. No returns or refunds will be accepted and/or issued for any alcoholic beverage.
