Here's what to expect this Holiday season

FedEx Transit Times

This map outlines normal FedEx transit times around the country- further delays are expected for ground service

How long will my package take to arrive?

2-Day and Overnight shipments are still being delivered normally. Ground shipping to major metro areas has been mostly on time but as Christmas approaches, the shippers are all expecting delays nationwide on all services. There is no guaranteed delivery time on ground orders. This is not a limitation on our end but for any and everyone shipping in the United States; even Amazon is experiencing delays.

Ground Shipping Deadlines- UPS recommends shipping by December 15th at the latest for delivery before Christmas (East Coast) so order on or before December 13.

2 Day Air- We suggest ordering on or before December 21 for delivery before Christmas.

Overnight- Order on or before December 22

What if I want to send gifts to multiple recipients?

Great! At checkout you can select "ship to multiple addresses."

My Shipment Hasn't Been Delivered

With the holiday rush, ground orders are going out within 2-3 business days. If more than 7 business days have passed since your order shipped and it hasn't been delivered, please email us at & be sure to include your order number

Overnight & 2-day are still processing within 1 day. As Christmas approaches, we may see delays but we will keep this page updated if anything changes.

My tracking number is invalid

Fedex's system is taking longer than normal to update. If more than 24 hours have passed since you received the tracking information and it still shows "invalid" please send us an email.

If my package is late will I get a refund?

Short answer- no. Normally a delivery delay means a full refund of shipping costs, but since both FedEx & UPS have suspended all service guarantees, this is no longer the case. We will do everything in our power to get your order delivered in a timely manner but we, and everyone else (Nike, NewEgg, Macys) are depending on the shippers to perform as well. We ship & receive daily and we see all of the carriers/drivers are working very hard & going a great job keeping up with surging demand

What shipping service should I use?

Ground has been fine for short distances but has an increased breakage/loss risk & delays are all but certain.

For anything you consider valuable or time-sensitive, we very strongly suggest using Overnight, 2-Day, or even 3 day options.

What about Insurance?

Insurance is great! We use it for everything we have incoming to us & it's money well spent.

If you add insurance to your order, it will be re-shipped or reimbursed if it's lost or broken in transit (read more here).

If you decline insurance, we will not be able to reimburse you or re-ship a lost or broken item.
