Slow and Low was inspired by the original Hochstadter's Rock and Rye recipe and a few other 19th century recipes we happened to unearth. It's made strong; using the best aged whiskey and matured slowly. Our exclusive 6 Year-Old Straight Rye Whiskey is then macerated to perfection with three citrus peels: lemon, grapefruit and orange, pure cane rock candy, honey and a hint of horehound.

Yes, in most cases, the photograph on the product page is of the specific bottle for sale. If we have multiple quantities of the same item, the photo represents the general condition of all bottles under that SKU. For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.
