With no sugar or chemicals added, Prima Pavé showcases the terroir, character and depth of flavor expressed by hand-selected Italian grapes. Lively, juicy, elegant minerality, dry finish. Prima Pave Alcohol Free Sparkling Blanc de Blancs enchantingly blends Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc & Gewurztraminer into a sophisticated elixir of white peach, green apple, honeydew, kiwi, elderflower.

Aromas of juicy white peach white flowers, and citrus with an elegant minerality. On the palate, it unveils a tapestry of flavours of green apple, honeydew, kiwi, and elderflower linger through to a dry finish.

Prima Pavé is the brainchild of Certified Specialists of Wine and hospitality entrepreneurs, Dejou and Marco Marano. Founding two companies focused on food & wine tourism, the Maranos, have spent the past decade partnering with leading wineries around the world, learning from legendary vintners and savoring their craft. An aficionado of sparkling, Dejou conceived the idea for Prima Pavé while pregnant with their first baby. Searching for an alcohol-free wine festive enough to toast this significant moment in her life, she realized there were few options offering sophistication, complexity and food-friendly flavors. With brilliant bubbles in mind, the couple partnered with an energetic and progressive winemaker in Northern Italy to develop an exceptional alcohol-free sparkling collection. Thus, Prima Pavé was born. Fine wines first and foremost, their sparkling 0.0% alcohol libations are crafted from vineyard to bottle. All Prima Pavé wines are dealcoholized through their proprietary, all-natural process resulting in the best bubbles without the booze.
