M&H Distillery Levantine Gin Kosher

With a base of 100% pure malted barley, mashed in-house and distilled in a pot still, Milk & Honey sources juniper and botanicals from Tel Aviv’s spice market, including Origanum syriacum (Za’atar), lemon peel, orange, chamomile, lemon verbena, cinnamon, & black pepper. The base spirit is distilled twice and then the botanicals are rested in the pot for 48 hours before a third and final distillation. Juniper and lemon dominate this medium-bodied gin with a silky mouthfeel and long, citrusy finish. Non-chill filtered with an ABV of 46%. Certified Kosher by the Tel Aviv Rabbinate.

We use premium, industry-standard materials to protect every shipment. Depending on the bottle and destination, we use a combination of insulated foam box inserts, custom-fit air column bags, and heavy-weight cardboard shippers to prevent damage. For added peace of mind, we offer shipping protection against loss or damage at checkout through OrderProtection.com.

For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.

Yes. During periods of extreme heat, we include complimentary ice packs in our insulated shippers. However, to fully protect your investment, we strongly recommend selecting an overnight shipping service in these conditions. We can also hold your shipment at no charge for up to one year upon request.
