Grey Goose is a brand of vodka produced in France. It is widely accepted as the first of the “superpremium” vodkas and in 1998 was named as the best tasting vodka in the world by the Beverage Testing Institute.

The company was founded two years previously by US importer Sidney Frank, who was seeking to develop a luxury vodka for the American market. Frank chose France due to its culinary history and lack of directly-competing vodkas from that country.

Depending on the bottle and destination, we use a combination of insulated foam box inserts, custom-fit air column bags, and heavy-weight cardboard shippers to prevent damage. For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.
