Single cask Springbank matured in a refill butt for more than 18 years from October 1996 to February 2015 with an outturn of 360 bottles.
Nose: New leather and teabags with some rum, dried apricot and red apple.
Palate: Oily with biscuity crumble, heather honey, marsh samphire and some fragrant dried fruit.
Finish: More of the same, gorgeous stuff.
