‘ilegal is from oaxaca (pronounced: wah-ha-kah) mexico and made with sustainable espadin (pronounced: es-pa-deen) agave by 4th generation mezcelaros. Ilegal is made sin prisa which is a common expression in oaxaca meaning without rush or hurry – done slowly & carefully.
