A blend of Brancellao, Mencía, Merenzao, Caiño Longa, and Sousón is very refined and youthful with irresistible hints of rose petals. The palate is balanced perfectly between just ripe, buoyant red fruit and mineral-laden acidity. Very elegant with a long finish that primes you for more. This has the ability to age for a decade or more and I can't wait to dig one of these out of the cellar a decade or so from now.
